  Went here three times. First time saying I need to provide employer letter which is not mentioned on their website. Fine. I asked them if they have any template. Answer is no. Then I got my employer letter from our legal department. Second time saying my employer letter is not formatted as they want. Then they gave me a template. Fine. Third time saying I am missing something in the letter. I said I followed your template, amd showed them the template. They said the template is just template, and I should not copy it.
  
  I will never come here.

  The employees are rude and so unprofessional. Their attitude sucks they really need customer service training, and need to be more informative, courteous and respectful. Their behavior is like they want to fight right away, so ghetto, and not approachable. They try to intimidate you. New York DMV is the best! Thank God I was well prepared with all my documents so I guess I ruined Cindy’s day, she asked me if I am legally in this country, why? I was presenting ALL my documents, is that a new policy or she did that just because she didn’t like me. Besides she just fight with a customer and called her ugly, she is so rude and disrespectful and I overheard Cindy saying she has headache, really Cindy! Mistreating people because you have a headache. Well at least the lady who took my picture was nice and polite the only reason I gave 2 stars
