  Person above me stated it well. Food is usually under cooked. I had one burger that was cold in the middle.,felt almost as if , it had been frozen and not thawed properly (extra weird, since their commercials say the beef is never frozen)
  Or perhaps they microwaved burgers that were previously frozen.
  Bathrooms are disgusting..i can only hope the employees are washing their hands in a different sink..or people will get listeria or some other 3rd world ailment.
  I will say the only positive is the employees try to be nice..not sure if its fake and practiced or legit. But they are polite and act as if they care.
  Food temps and cpoking times need to be watched or investigated , someone is gonna fet very sick from this particular location .
