  Magical is the only way to describe the experience with Gigi's. From the moment I heard the voice of an angel on the other line, the store owner Dan. There are really no words to describe how much gratitude I would like to share for this gentle and kind man. He was not only gracious over the phone, but I felt the intensity of his love for people and the arts, intertwined with his meticulous nature in assisting us with our need. Dan was highly astute in asking the perfect questions relative to musical genre, style, and personal preferences to allow us to make the perfect selection. What I valued most about the entire experience is the kind spirit and genuine connection that we all shared in the shop yesterday.
